Weight Loss

I am currently looking to lose weight and finding it very difficult to do so without cutting down on my calorie intake. Essentially what you need to achieve is a calorie deficit for weight loss, that is burn more calories than you consume in the day. However due to sciatica I have been unable to work out which has caused the pounds to pile up. My desk job does not help either. For the first time in the last 11 years I am looking at meal replacement products. to achieve weight/fat loss.
